The Finance team uploads the following input documents that are Investor Presentations,Earnings Call Transcripts and Annual Reports after which the GenAI will generate the following outputs:
Annual Report Sections Summary :GenAI will create a summary of the annual report’s sections. This will help the team quickly understand the key points of lengthy documents.
Likely Questions : GenAI will analyse earnings call transcripts from competitors and identify the FAQs. Recent questions will carry more weight to ensure they are relevant to current affairs. The result will be a Word document listing these questions, helping management anticipate queries and prepare answers.
Q&A Feature : The Q&A tool allows team members to ask specific questions based on uploaded documents. GenAI will generate detailed responses based on selected documents, whether comparing performance over time or analysing financial policies.
